Fixed APRs range from 4% to 35.99% depending on credit profile, product, and term. Personal loans run 12–72 months; mortgages 15/20/30-year fixed. Your exact rate is disclosed on page one of the offer.
Are there any hidden fees?+
None. No origination fees, no application fees, no prepayment penalties, no servicing charges. Every basis point is disclosed at issuance and printed on the loan agreement.
Can I pay off my loan early?+
Yes, at any time and in any amount. There is never a prepayment penalty on any Advance Loan USA instrument.

How fast is a funding decision?+
The underwriting engine returns a decision in a median of 90 seconds. Funds typically deploy via ACH within one business day of acceptance; short-term advances can settle same day.
What documents do I need to apply?+
A government-issued ID, proof of income (paystub, W-2, or 60 days of bank statements), and proof of address are sufficient for most personal products. Business products additionally require six months of business bank statements.

What credit score do I need?+
Minimum FICO of 620 for most products. Applicants above 720 unlock our lowest fixed rates and highest approved limits. Business products weight cash-flow signals alongside credit.
Which states do you operate in?+
All fifty states plus DC. Product availability varies by state — the application flow shows only the instruments licensed in your jurisdiction.
